What Ellora stores, why, and who can see it.
Last updated 29 September 2026
What we hold
- Your account: your email address and name, when you last signed in, and a record of the version of the Terms you accepted and when.
- Your workspace: voice profiles and the writing samples behind them, your dictionary, writing briefs, and company context.
- Your reviews: the text you submit for review and the findings returned, stored in full as content sessions and runs.
- Technical data: connection records for the apps you link, and the request details we need to keep the service secure and to limit abuse.
Your drafts and reviews live in your workspace. Nothing is shared across customers, and no content leaves your workspace to reach another customer.
What we train on
Nothing of yours. Your content is not used to train any model, ours or anyone else’s.
Who can see it
The members of your workspace, according to their role. Authorised Ellora staff can view a workspace’s review history for support and operations, and each such view is logged. We use a small number of service providers to run Ellora, for hosting, sending email and monitoring errors; they process data on our behalf only to provide those services. Booking a call uses Cal.com’s scheduler.
How long we keep it
Every review is kept in full until a workspace admin deletes the content session it belongs to. Deleting a session removes its draft, findings and runs. You can also ask us to delete your account and its content at [email protected]; some data may remain in routine backups for a limited time, or where the law requires us to keep it.
Cookies
The Ellora app sets a cookie to keep you signed in. It is needed for the app to work, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who to ask
Anything not covered here, ask us directly at [email protected]. We will answer in writing rather than point you at a clause.
